Neocons Getting Away With Crimes

last modified 2008-12-21 07:37

Although there are a few scapegoats, most friends within the administration are apparently beyond the law.

********Courts documents explaining that OBAMA ISN'T EVEN ALLOWED TO BE THE PRESIDENT!!!

****Obama and co. further breaking the law as Clinton is not even allowed to be Secretary of State

****Alberto Gonzales deceives and lies to congress in such an amazingly laughable way that I literally LOLed as loud as I've LOLed in a long time....that quickly changed to depression when I remembered he is still in power and the congress along with the masses (in general) have lost their backbone a long time ago and have helped turned this country into a laughinstock (watch the Daily Show's version of his testimony for more LOL if you can find it) And more proof that he perjured himself

*****Executive Branch VP Dick Cheney essentially says that because he works at the Senate too, that he is also part of the Legislative Branch and therefore doesn't have to follow the rules of either branch!  Unbelieveable--us citizens should be ashamed that we allow these people to stay in power (I guess that makes Cheney "a rouge nation" and we should bomb him into democracy!) But he and Bush are exempt from executive branch laws too (What an incredible rationalization!  By their logic, the president can make a law saying killing kids is illegal, congress passes it, then Bush kills a kid and says he didn't break the law and he should know because he made the law and who would understand it better than him?  It is getting too painful to listen to these people anymore.)  And here Cheney ordered visitor logs to be destroyed. Here is CSPAN with a constitutional law expert

**Bush and "Journalists" laughing about the deadly mistakes he's made

****Orwellian DoubleSpeak ControlGrab time.  Olbermann along with a constitution law expert discusses how the ACLU loses another battle with the Supreme Court as the Court won't check the executive branch and the laws they are breaking. "Can't sue over being secretly wiretapped because you can't prove you were secretly wiretapped because it's a secret." It's an crime by our government plain and simple.

******So many facts in this story bother me: 1) Our taxpayer money, $67.5 Mill worth, is being spent creating a data mining machine.  2) Lockheed and the Navy are working together on this project 3) How the story throws out large numbers like $67.5 Mill without mentioning where that money comes from 4) A Navy research center in the mountains of West Virginia (maybe that's from watching too many Bond flicks...but still...) 5) Bush [purposely] screws up and we have to pay 6) Reagan was able to destroy ILLEGALLY records without ever even being scruntinized  7) Same with Clinton 8) Cheney might find a loophole to destroy the emails semi-legally 9) That the email gate still hasn't been wrapped up even though it was brought to light over a year ago

******Libby gets away with treason as Bush moves one step closer to pardoning him which pisses a lot of highly respected people off and nearly gives Tony Snow a brain hemorrhage trying to defend Bush and his hypocricy. Not only does this mean that the victim (Valerie Plame) gets no justice while the traitor goes free, it also means that no one who is part of the ruling elite has to worry about lying under oath or getting punished for their crimes as long as they do what they're told.  America has been hijacked.  And for the idiot republican supporters who scream MARC RICH....um first of all, he didn't commit treason, and secondly, why don't you look into who his lawyer was.  That's right! LIBBY!  Libby (The Mossad agent?) got Clinton to pardon Rich.  They are all criminals, Republicans and Democrats. Remember: Bush supports the troops!  Oh wait, no he doesn't as he called the exact same punishment for the same crime by an ex-marine "reasonable" and actually went out of his way to make sure his sentence was upheld.

**Spitzer gets a walk from his sex scandal where a "normal person" would be in jail

*****Rove ignored a subpeona, broke the law, and got away with it

*****A list of Impeachable Offenses by Bush and Co.

Evidence that suggests the real reason why Goss quit so suddenly and after such a short stint

****One of the many laws Bush has broke that would constitute not only impeachment, but jail time

****Alberto "I can't recall" Gonzales just can not stop lying, this time about civil liberties infringements by the FBI that both Olbermann and republican Scarborough call him on

****Salon summarizes all the sh!t Cheney has done, how he's violated the constituion, and why he should be impeached

****A prominent lawyer lays out a compelling case in THE PROSECUTION OF GEORGE W. BUSH FOR MURDER. Staggering evidence is collected against the president in a startling new book.

*****A Government Accountability Office report confirms that Bush's use of presidential signing statements have the effect of nullifying the law in question in about 30 percent of cases.  Which according to many is against the law.  Here is Olbermann's take.

****Bush and Co. still trying to sneak through Congress a provision that would ensure they do not get charged for war crimes or found guilty of torture

**Ann "I have a large Adam's Apple" Coulter commits vote fraud, ex-beau/current FBI agent lets her off and lady blogger who reported this story got insidious death threats from Coulter and much worse from Coulter's sheep

Bush's cousin who is a Judge, runs over and kills a cop and is cleared of all charges (while this does sound like an accident--although how hitting someone with your car is ever a complete accident, drugs maybe?-- it is kind of weird that at least two Bushies have killed someone with their car, Laura being the other documented one)

*****Our system of government has failed us as the DOJ will not enforce congress contempt charges

****Bush keeps citing "Executive Privilege" to get out of revealing information that would most likely get him in trouble.  The media talking heads say this is his right.  What they don't say is that Clinton was denied citing "Executive Privilege" when he was president.
